In 1958 my dad, Buster Blevins got his first calf, a horned hereford. In the early 60's he was using Charolais bulls, breeding up to Pure Bred. In the late 60's he added Full French Charolais with the herd today consisting of Pure Bred Charolais with an influence of Full French. Around 2010 he started researching and following the Japanese Wagyu. He wanted to raise the worlds finest meat. With his purchase of a FB Japanese Wagyu bull in 2014, he crossed with a FB French Charolais to produce a high quality, high IMF, marbling sensation. It was a perfect combination.
As a Beef Quality Assurance Certified Producer, our main goal is to produce above USDA Prime grade meat.
We are currently working with the Japanese Carcass Camera and meat imaging machine to know precisely how much marbling a piece of meat contains.
